Wallace Quinn opened in 1990 and has offices in Glasgow and Livingston, with clients all over the central belt of Scotland. We specialise in conveyancing (both residential and commercial), private client and equity release, but cover other areas of legal practice.
We have a strong track record in new-build conveyancing, working alongside many of Scotland’s top builders. We may be a long-established firm, but we have a modern, contemporary attitude to our business. We’re embracing technology and innovative practices in our case management, client relations and business development.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Salary: Within the band £22,575 – £33,600
We are looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to work full-time in our Glasgow office. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial conveyancing. Experience with leasing would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills, and will be comfortable working as part of a team. We are looking for an individual with:
- Good IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office
- The ability to learn law-practice management software
- A confident, organised approach and with good communication skills
- At least two years’ experience in an administrative role
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to work as a strong and committed team member

Paralegal, Glasgow
Salary: Within the band £26,775 – £33,600
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Paralegal to join our busy team in our Glasgow office.
As a Paralegal, you will possess a broad range of experience across multiple departments, including conveyancing and private client work. With at least two years of experience in the legal field, you will demonstrate an ability to handle a high volume of work while providing excellent and consistent client service. We are keen to hear from anyone who has a can-do attitude and wishes to provide consistently high levels of customer service.
We are seeking a professional who is flexible, able to work as part of a team, and has a keen attention to detail.
